ASDstudio does not sell personal data. Fire and Ashes is designed for offline core gameplay. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, how it is shared, how long it is retained, and how to contact ASDstudio for privacy or data protection inquiries.

Publisher and Application Information

Information ASDstudio Does Not Collect Through Core Gameplay

ASDstudio does not directly collect your real name, email address, postal address, payment card number, contacts, photos, precise location, or platform account identifiers through the offline core gameplay of Fire and Ashes.

Fire and Ashes does not include advertising networks or analytics SDKs in the game build.

Microphone Use

If microphone-based gameplay features are enabled, microphone input is used locally for real-time gameplay reactions. ASDstudio does not intentionally record, store, or transmit microphone recordings from Fire and Ashes.

Information Collected If You Contact ASDstudio

If you contact ASDstudio for support, privacy, or data protection inquiries, ASDstudio may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, crash description, screenshots, attachments, device details, platform account name, or other information needed to answer your request.

Platform and Store Services

Depending on where you access Fire and Ashes, supported platform or store services may be used for purchases, refunds, entitlements, achievements, crash telemetry, parental controls, platform account features, and store-related functionality.

How Information Is Captured

ASDstudio may receive information only when you voluntarily contact ASDstudio by email or another support channel. Platform or store-related information may be handled when you buy the game, launch the game through a platform account, unlock platform achievements, encounter a crash, use parental controls, request a refund, or use other platform features.

How Information Is Used

ASDstudio may use information you provide directly for the following purposes:

• to respond to support, privacy, or data protection requests;
• to diagnose crashes, compatibility issues, or gameplay problems that you report;
• to maintain business records related to support and compliance;
• to comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.

ASDstudio does not use personal data from Fire and Ashes for advertising or sale to third parties.

ASDstudio does not intentionally store microphone recordings, analytics profiles, advertising identifiers, or persistent gameplay tracking records for Fire and Ashes.

For platform account data, purchase data, entitlements, achievements, crash telemetry, parental controls, or store-related data handled through a platform account or store account, please use the privacy notice and account tools provided by that platform or store provider.

Payments and Store Purchases

Purchases, refunds, entitlements, tax handling, parental controls, and payment processing are handled by the store or platform where you access Fire and Ashes. ASDstudio does not receive your full payment card number.

Children's Privacy

Fire and Ashes is intended for mature audiences. ASDstudio does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the game. Platform-level age gates, child account protections, and parental controls may be handled by the relevant platform provider.
