ASDstudio does not sell personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, how it is shared, how long it is retained, and how to contact ASDstudio for privacy or data protection inquiries related to THE VERDICT.

Information Collected Directly by ASDstudio

ASDstudio does not directly collect your real name, postal address, payment card number, contacts, photos, or precise location through THE VERDICT.

If you contact ASDstudio for support, privacy, or data protection inquiries, ASDstudio may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, crash description, screenshots, attachments, device details, platform account name, or other information needed to answer your request.

Information Collected Through Platforms and Online Services

THE VERDICT may use Epic Online Services, Epic Games Store services, Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, or other platform services to operate online features. These services may collect or process information needed to provide those features, including:

• account identifiers, platform user IDs, Epic Account IDs, Product User IDs, display names, and friend or presence information;
• login status, authentication tokens, entitlements, session IDs, lobby IDs, matchmaking data, invite data, and multiplayer connection data;
• IP address, network routing information, device information, operating system information, game version, platform information, and diagnostic data;
• crash reports, error logs, anti-fraud, abuse prevention, security, and platform compliance information;
• achievement, stat, progression, or leaderboard information if those features are enabled;
• text chat or voice chat data while online communication features are being used.

How Information Is Captured

Information may be captured when you launch the game, sign in through a platform account, use multiplayer lobbies or matchmaking, send or receive invitations, connect to another player, use platform overlay features, unlock achievements, encounter an error or crash, use chat or voice features, make a store purchase, or contact ASDstudio by email.

ASDstudio does not operate a separate account registration system for THE VERDICT. Account login, entitlement checks, purchases, parental controls, and platform identity features are handled by the platform or online service provider.

How Information Is Used

ASDstudio and its platform or service providers may use information for the following purposes:

• to provide login, identity, entitlement checks, and platform account functionality;
• to provide multiplayer lobbies, matchmaking, invitations, peer-to-peer connectivity, and online gameplay;
• to provide friends, presence, overlay, achievements, stats, progression, and platform features;
• to process support, privacy, and data protection requests;
• to diagnose crashes, errors, network issues, compatibility issues, and service problems;
• to prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, security incidents, and violations of platform rules;
• to comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.

How Information Is Shared

ASDstudio does not sell personal data. ASDstudio may share information only when necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

• platform and online service providers, including Epic Games and Epic Online Services, to operate login, lobbies, matchmaking, networking, store, overlay, and platform features;
• store providers for purchases, refunds, entitlements, and parental controls;
• service providers that help with hosting, diagnostics, support, security, or compliance;
• law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the integrity of the game.

When text chat or voice chat is enabled, chat communications may be transmitted to other players in the same session and may be processed by platform or online service providers to deliver real-time communication.

Data Retention

ASDstudio keeps support, privacy, and data protection correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, or comply with legal obligations.

ASDstudio does not intentionally store voice recordings or persistent text chat logs on its own servers in the current implementation of THE VERDICT.

For platform account data, login data, purchase data, entitlements, matchmaking data, network data, crash reports, security data, or platform telemetry handled through a platform account or online service account, please use the privacy notice and account tools provided by that platform or online service provider.

Payments and Store Purchases

Purchases, refunds, entitlements, tax handling, parental controls, and payment processing are handled by the store or platform where you access THE VERDICT. ASDstudio does not receive your full payment card number.

Children's Privacy

THE VERDICT is intended for mature audiences. ASDstudio does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the game. Platform-level age gates, child account protections, and parental controls may be handled by the relevant platform provider.

Your Privacy Choices

You may contact ASDstudio to ask privacy questions, make data protection inquiries, or request access, correction, or deletion of information you directly provided to ASDstudio.
